2022 was an extremely difficult year for me. As a trainer, I've relied on fitness for years to help save me in difficult moments, but the stress of life's challenges, including perimenopause, motherhood, and personal loss often left me feeling like I was crumbling inside, rather than rising to new heights.
A wake-up call came in the form of a photo. It revealed the stark reality of how far I had strayed from my path of wellness. I looked in the mirror and saw a person I barely recognized - drained, stressed, full of sorrow, and losing the grip on my well-being. I knew I had to make a change.
That's when I decided to shed the narrative of the overworked, exhausted businesswoman and mother. I knew at that moment it was time to let go of my (valid) but tired excuses and begin to RISE above the challenges and become the person I know myself to be deep inside.

Our workouts will be 20-45 minutes in length and you can listen to the zoom replays while working out. You can also add in parasympathetic practices like yoga and meditation to round out your wellness journey if you decide to prioritize them. YES, we have created both gym and home STRENGTH training plans which is intended to put you on the road to a healthier lifestyle. It gets you into the habit of working out on a regular basis, and you’ll get an idea of how to structure your workouts for optimal results. After a month, you’ll have increased your base level of fitness and be exercising at a level that lets you start seeing some gains. While the exercises alone won’t cause you to lose weight, when combined with a great base understanding of nutrition (plus a basic meal plan like the one outlined above), it will help you to reduce body fat and build muscle...becoming strong.
